Won't cover gunshot trauma

I was shot in my hand while my firearm was cleaned by myself(it happens,even to myself that has been working with them for years) now affinity says they won't cover it due to willfully neglect, how the **** do I wilfully neglect and say" today will be a good day to shoot my finger off)

No wonder you're losing so many clients!!!! I am disappointed in you Affinity's, same as when my wife had to lie n an ambulance stretcher for more than 3 hours before I had to pay out R30k so she can be admitted
