What a disappointment!!!

I had been on a different medical aid for many years and finally decided to look for a more affordable health care provider, after doing alot of research and speaking to one of your consultants I decided to join Affinity health but would soon find out what a terrible decision it was... When speaking to the consultant at Affinity health I had asked all the questions that were important to me, knowing where I would be covered and where not, we were promised high and low by the consultant that I would be 100% covered in certain areas and even went through everything more than once, we were given alot of false information... I had suggested the medical insurance to a friend and her family soon after I had joined and they too are disappointed in what they are getting as they are often receiving bills to be paided on things that were supposed to be covered as explained by the consultant. I will not be using my "medical insurance" any time soon as I'm afraid the same will happen. Will definitely be going on to a different medical aid soon.
