What a delight - Shivanie
What a delightful experience Shivanie from the complaints department instantly understood my aggravation, we have been struggling for 2 months to make simple changes 1. Get both my parents on a combined senior plan 2. List their chronic meds
But somehow there is always something missing or this or that Just as we think things are now in place then the pharmacy doesn't want to dispence the meds, cause there is some letter still outstanding and some meds are no longer on the market
Neadless to say Shivanie got dumped in the middle of it all and we feel she went above and beyond, phoning me, my mom, the pharmacy, the doctor the pharmacy again, my mom again even arranged new scripts for the replacement meds got it approved and even got all the meds delivered to the house
The fact is that it's not simple or easy It is information overload when you just start a plan Then along the way you discover all the little teqnical stuff Shivanie really took the time and explained alot of these little things
