<p>I would like to say thank you to Camilla Kinman a customer care agent at Affinity. I have been help by this lady a few times now with hospital claims and even with anything else she is willing to help. Always answers her emails and phone calls and you can be sure of getting a response almost immediately. You are awesome it's nice to know some people do actually still do care about their customers! </p>
