USELESS!
We have my brother signed up with you people and on Sunday he fell down a flight of stairs after it rained and needed to be rushed to hospital! On arrival at Fourways Life Emergency (LIFE HOSPITAL!) we were told that unfortunately you are not even registered with them and they cannot see to him unless we paid cash! More false advertising!! What a disgrace. To take all that money every month and not even be registered with the hospital you claim is the one we need to go to! And all your operator can say is sorry. DISGUSTING! I will be posting on all sites at the service - or rather TOTAL LACK THEREOF that we received! We have now given our notice and will be joining a reputable provider.
