Unpaid Claims and Waiting 2months for new cards

Hi<br> <br> We have updated our policy mid December and we are still waiting for the new cards, cause of this the Dr does not have the new policy number and when we go to the Dr the claim goes unpaid cause of the policy being cancelled be for treatment <br> <br> I have called many time to have this fixed but still no update <br> <br> Not even talking about not being informed upfront that tonsils removal and grommets are not covered by Affinity, not sure why they do not tell you this upfront cause my boy is very sick and we don't have the money to get these 2 operations for him. What's a hospital cover if they don't cover such small thing?<br> <br>
