Unhappy member

As of the 1st of March 2020 my GP want Affinity members to pay cash and claim back from Affinity Health insurance and this is not the first time we are back an forth with dr's that doesn't want to work with Affinity Health ...BECAUSE Affinity Health insurance DOESN'T pay the dr's in time. I know in what time frame the dr's should be paid cause I work for a medical aid company and they are very strick to pay dr's in time.....WHY don't Affinity do the same now I have to cought up some money to pay my dr's visit CASH that I don't bargan for they are the most worst healthy insurance that I ever came across and I heard many complaints about them ans unfortunately our financial circumstances are so that we cant afford something els or better. I just wonder how long are we going to wait for our money to be refunded back to us or if they ever going to refund us back if the dr's struckel to get there money what about the members
