Tshegofatso's awesome service

I spoke to a customer service agent by the name of Tshegofatso. I am actually so impressed. I'm not one to write reviews but wow she really does define customer service. She was not only happy to answer my questions, she also explained things so that it was easy to interpret.

Tshegofatso is passionate about customer service and her enthusiasm shows. So polite, so quick to respond and she didn't try brush me off which is all so common these days.
