There is a lovely employee who's so deserving of a 6 star rating! Tshegofatso Malatji, you've been super accommodating, informative and so respectful through my membership amendment request. I actually logged my query with someone else initially, but didn't get it resolved. The fact that you're the only online chat agent and that you went beyond your own duty to resolve my query proves the level of customer service you provide to Affinity's clients.
