This is efficiency!
Although I have a thousand compliments for Affinity Health regarding awesome service, rates, etc. My compliment today is definitely to Rucelle Ganas your awesome call centre agent. She is absolutely amazing with awesome customer service skills and a complete understanding of your clients need for urgency. Within half a day not only did she resolve my query but also of my colleague. You are an absolute super star. Thank you for your amazing work and assistance. Affinity - the lady needs a raise!!!! :) <br> <br> Thank you Thank you Thank you - you are a true blessing in Affinity's call centre.<br> <br> Keep up the service levels set by Rucelle and Affinity - YOU WILL SOAR!
