I'd like to show appreciation to emotionally intelligent customer service lady, Shonei. I appreciate that you picked up that my line was bad, called me back (twice) ... Stuck through an unacomodating receptionist where I was and just gave me seamless service! That made my morning so much easier!! Thank you!
