I had the pleasure of speaking to Nurse Rhoda Landa from the medical society.She was so patient and listened attentively to what my concerns were.She gave me great customer service and great advice. I was already feeling down due to not being well but she managed to make me smile and we had a few laughs. Such a good representation of the Affinity brand.I have only had good experiences and would also like to thanks Nurse Rhoda for being so kind. During a pandemic we definitely need more people like you to help us through.
