I fell at my office and injured my back (I already had a slipped disc) so the pain was excruciating. I called for pre authorisation and was put through to Rhinda Mincher. She was truly understanding and sympathetic, and arranged the authorisation as soon as possible. It's refreshing to get such great service these days.
