I would like to say thank you to Melissa who assisted me when my son was sick last week. We had to go for Xrays and I had no idea whether the Day to Day plan covered it or not. I called the call centre and she assisted me through the process, even when we got to the hospital I called the call centre again and spoke to her directly. she was professional throughout.
