After I had laid a complain with Affinity for not wanting to cover my chronic medication due to one of their consultant providing with incorrect information. A lady, by the name of Ernestine called me and she was so helpful. Affinity promised to cover my chronic medication for 6 months. Ernestine went out of her way to assist me and patiently answered all my questions. She is very friendly and professional. Always willing to assist and doesnt take long to respond to emails.
