It's not the best medical aid. It's not actually medical aid. But I was in hospital for kidney stones. They paid almost all of what it would have cost me and I am so grateful. And today I got a little bonus email from Sasha-Leigh in the Hospital Claims department, telling me I was going to get a little something back from some money I had paid in. More gratitude. Thanks for brightening my day, Sasha-Leigh :)
