I would just like to say thank you to Elgershaun Louw from affinity health for some excellent and speedy service after I had some issues with the call centre, EJ helped me resolve my issue in record time and handled it in a very professional manner. In the same breath I would like to say thank you to affinity for covering some of my recent costs that were not covered up front, this was truly appreciated and helped me greatly in a financial sense.
