Paid the refund after almost of struggling , in the old incorrect details.

The claim refund form has a section where it requests banking details for the refund to be paid in to ( Specifically says that )

They paid it in to an old account that is being closed.

Affinity the fault is your part, why do you have this section in the refund form? This person Courtney is very unhelpful with her standard emails.
