Terrible service

<p>I am very disappointed in your service, I actually want to cancel. I went to a GP and she tells me that you guys short pay them so she will give me one cough mixture and the rest she will prescribe, next thing I get to dischem I get told I have to pay because I have exhausted my funds. What if I didn't have money on me? Then I am chatting to Anche who tells me that according to your system the GP prescribed the medicine????? Eeeerrrrr I paid for those at DISCHEM the GP only gave me one cough mixture....then Anche tells me that some of those medicines I bought MYSELF are not covered so therefore even if I claim back, you guys won't pay me back. So please tell me how will I know which medicine you guys pay for? And IF the GP decides to tell me, if I don't have the money what must happen? The service has been bad, from getting my card to this....</p>
