My naam is renier claasen ID nmr *** en ek wil graag n klagte toe dien oor di diens van affinity health,op 13/03/2015 moes my vrou hospitaal toe gaan maar die dokter kon affinity health om 3pm nie in di hande kry ni,as gevolg van dit moes my vrou na n staats hospitaal toe gaan,ek is baie teleergestel in dit,waarom het ek n hospitaal plan by julle as n mens julle ni in di hande kan kry op n nood geval ni.ek wil graag weet hoe moet ek maak as man en as n pa as my vrou of kinders moet iets oor kom hoe ****ak ek julle
