Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. You are quite correct in writing that new member's welcome packs (including membership cards) are normally received by our members within 28 days of their policy inception date. Our welcome packs are couriered to our members by a third party service provider. We wish to advise that Welcome packs are only processed following a successful debit of a new member's account and we apologise if this was not clearly communicated to you. We can advise that your refund has been processed and that your policy with us has been cancelled. Our Escalations Manager will make contact with you as soon as possible to discuss your complaint in more detail. Kind Regards, Affinity Health Management Team.
