STAY AWAY FROM AFFINITY!! Read this and my last post to know why!!
This company is still *******! After my previous complaint they started to pay some of my medical expenses ever so slightly and i was starting to regain some confidence, but today just reassured me at the lenghths this non-sense company will go to ***** money! They have hit me with every hidden clause in their book. Today i found out that they tell you you will get 1 specialist visit a year but here's the phenominal way they manage to wiggle out of paying for said specialist. They will only cover R800 for this specialisit, now i dont know what lala land bull**** place the owners, CEO's and other ******* of this company live in but i don't know a single specialist that charges that low a rate, hell i don't know a specialist that charges even close to that rate. I paid R1750.00 of my own money to the specialist. This piece of ******* company gave me R800 back meaning i paid MORE than they did for the specialist. I mean talk about absolute thievery and a fun to say ***** you to paying customers. But here's another great story for you if that one doesnt make you want to STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I had to go for xrays and ultra-sound, apparently ultra sound doesn't fall under their radiology which is something you should apparently just know. So as a woman be aware of that non sense but even still as a man be aware. But heres the kicker i paid R726 for the Xrays and R1116 for the ultra sound THEY ARE NOT EVEN PAYING ME THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE XRAYS?!?!?! With no reason as to why. They just aren't. They still wlnt release my original sales call because they know i can use it against them, but now they're not releasing on the basis that, and I quote, " You might tamper with the recording." I mean what is that?!? How do I know they aren't doing the exact same thing. If they are willing to ***** money from people, how do i know they are not commiting ***** in this way?!?!
Hell if I've said it once I'm going to say it again. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ***** AND *******!!! Please from the bottom of my heart i plead for you to get as far away from this place as you can of you are a member and if you are not a member go somewhere else don't even let the sales people lie their way into a sale because the only person t3jat will regret it is you!! STAY AWAY!!!
