<p>I am generally fed up with the standard of customer service across board of businesses in SA. It is as if the frontline staff do not buy into company policy , but how refreshing it was to deal with Courtney Durber. </p> <p>Communication: excellent</p> <p>product knowledge : excellent</p> <p>service: fast/friendly/efficient </p> <p>All the info provided to me was followed up with an e mail while I was still talking to her</p> <p>I appreciated that I was handled well and treated well.
