Sorting out issues
I had a problem with one of my gp claims that was rejected because my policy was suspended I phoned the call centre and spoke to Chantal she said she will investigate and get back to me it was not even 10 min then I received a call back from her with good feedback. Thank you chantal for your friendliness and your fast feedback you are a star my dear.
