Shivanie Naicker
I submitted my complaint on the affinity website within 24 hours it was responded by Shivanie Naicker. She kept me updated all the way with phone calls and emails. Within 2 days my complaint was fixed. Shivanie is a very hard worker and when she sets herself to a task she gets it done. I really appreciate the help and all that she did
