Affinity health is the worst most horrible company to deal with. Staff attitude sucks and not professional. Do not deal with affinity health at all for all they do is lie lie lie . Worst experience ever from a company. Will not recommended anyone . Once you sign up the attitude towards you and service change to dont care attitude.
