Lerato Motau was the lady that helped me on a claim that arose as the practitioner's office did not follow procedure. That is why they didn't get paid in time. I got cut off she called me back. I know why so many practitioners doesn`t like an medical insurance . The insurance see to it that customers does not get **********. I would recommend Affinity health any day ,to any one.
