Scared and worried in hospital with sick child

So here I was sitting in casualty with my daughter last night had to waight over an hour for a pre Autherasation , just when I thought my issues were over here comes in the peaditrician this afternoon asking me about pre Autherasation for him as of which he does not have record off, so now I'm sitting in hospital with a sick baby and I stressed will they even pay out or will I go into dept paying this off . When I spoke to Autherasation yesterday I was told guarantee of payment had been sent and pre Autherasation. I have since an hour ago asked for the details to be forwarded to me my messages were read but I was ignored on WhatsApp . I have since sent an email but still nothing .
