****< PATHETIC SERVICE OR NO SERVICE AT ALL
I dont have words to describe the bad service and lies i was fed by this affinity health, Wiseman sold me this plan, assuring me that its a combined i have doctors consultations, pharmacy dispatched and hospital plan, little did i know they are just milking money out of my pocket, i had an emergency last night, they couldn't pay for casualty, couldnt even get medication from the pharmacy, i had to pay cash for my medication and there i thought i took i am covered with what i am paying for. The consultants are rude, I want that plan cancelled ASAP. Pathetic service and i want my money back they ve been debiting with no hassles but now come pay to pay dololo. I hate affinity, guys stay away from them they are ********.
