Romaana was very nice about helping me, even though I was angry and abrupt by the time I spoke with her
Romaana was very nice about helping me, even though I was angry and abrupt by the time I spoke with her. She was friendly, effecient and polite. The only competent person I spoke with since submitting the claim.
