Honestly speaking I was ready to cancel my membership with Affinity health until I was assisted by Ernestine Januarie :-) from the Complaints Department. Thank you so much for your assistance and for acting with such professionalism and urgency to sort out my complaint. The turn around time was shorter than expected and you made sure you kept me informed throughout. I am happy to have dealt with you. With such pleasant and calm tone I was even questioning why I complained to start with...Lol but you made sure that I was okay and understood my frustration.
