Refund my money
I had an affinity policy that I cancelled, but I noticed that there is still money going out of my account, can someone context me so I can get my money refunded please,

We have looked into this matter and can confirm that your Affinity Health policy was cancelled at the time of your request, however the cancellation of your Affinity Rescue policy was not processed.
Please accept our apologies for this oversight as well as the inconvenience created. We have sent a refund request through to our Finance Department for processing in lieu of the three premiums that were deducted.
Once again, sorry for the inconvenience.
