Refund Declined!

I am extremely disappointed. <br> When you pay the end of the month it is always for the following month.<br> On the 25.Oct.2015 via debit order I paid for the Month of November.<br> I cancelled the medical aid on the 29.Oct.2015. so it will give Nov is the notice month. en of Nov the debit order when off again and they declined my refund... <br> Now it ends up being a two month notice... This is not right and I never even used that medical aid....<br>
