REFUND

Affinity has false advertising ... even when you have taken up the policy they still give you wrong information. I am cancelling my cover for my kids and I want my first premium to be refunded ... the medical aid that I have not been able to use due to Drs not accepting the affinity card. even requested for a list of dentists to be sent to me and those dentist they claim they work with do not accept the card . even went to the affinity DRs list none of the DRs the accept this card. I had to pay for dentist and Dr visits for both my kids when I have a medical aid for them. not fair to me as a client .

I need the refund of that first premium as I have reversed the following ones myself due to NO HONESTY from this company
