Precious helped me yesterday in ways that I did not expected. I first gave her some hard time trying to make say things on a recoding line, but she kindly and smoothly made me understand where he limits were. She later made me feel like she took my problem as her personal problem and that made me feel like something was being solved and I was right because she solve my problem and we were laughing like some close friends.
