really not worth the money...
on the 20th of april 2016,i took my mom to the her doctor (medical aid number ***) that is under the affinity network.my mom went to trevenesan padayachee in umkomaas.so we went early as one does not need an appointment.my mom waited over an hour to see a doctor.when she went in to see the doctor he messed up everything.1.he could not even get my moms age correct,he said she is 52 but yet she is born in 1961.2.he did not ask if my mom smokes,he wrote she smoked for 10 years.4.no blood pressure was taken or anything else.5.he wrote my mom drinks alcohol.she has never.a medical aid that contracts doctors like that im very sorry.i will post this on every site i can.this is so pathetic!!!!! shame on you affinity for doing this to my mother.

Please also take note that we do have a number of network GPs on our list to ensure that our members can find a doctor that they are comfortable with. To browse the list of our network GPs, kindly visit our website under Client Resources to get a full list of GPs for your area. You may use any of the network GPs as you are not bound to a single GP.
If you refer to your policy wording, you will also see that we do have an out of network visit benefit that allows you to use your own doctor, you can then claim back from us a said amount, which is payable to our network doctors.
