Precious Mashinini - A Superstar Consultant*
I called Affinity last week trying to cancel my policy. A previous consultant told me she would log a ticket and I could expect a call in 48 hours to confirm. Nobody ever called.
I called in again today and an angel called Precious Mashinini answered my call. She was friendly and bubbly from the start of our conversation, to the end. She was patient and helpful, I wish all consultants shared this trait. Anyway, what took other consultants '48 hours' or never to complete, she completed in 8 minutes and 30 seconds. This is the result of going above and beyond for clients, I am grateful.
If you are her supervisor, I would like you to incentivise her for her diligence. She didn't have to be attentive to a leaving customer, but she maintained professionalism throughout. She is an ASSET and gets her work done quickly and effectively, unlike many others in her role.
