Pre-Authorisation Process with Affinity Health made easy

I am very happy with the level of customer service received from Affinity Health Authorization Department. I needed to obtain Pre-Auth for a nuclear scan and Samantha Snyders, the Pre-Auth consultant was super efficient. I submitted all necessary paperwork to the Pre-Auth department last week Friday the 21 Jan 2022, and on Monday the 24 Jan 2022, Samantha informed me that Affinity had approved my nuclear scan and all that was required from me was to complete the necessary paperwork. All I have to do now is to make the co-payment to the service provider and Affinity will cover the rest. Thank you to Samantha and Affinity for continuing to have a focused customer centric approach - great stuff.
