I used the new Affinity Health App to get pre-auth for a specialist visit. I filled in all my info and in less than an hour they phoned me back. I spoke with Samantha Snyders, what a lovely person! She helped me so much and gave me all info I needed without a problem, she even assisted me in my home language. All this was done in a jiffy. Thank you Samantha!
