Positive experience
I couldn’t continue my plan choice with Affinity due to a product limitation but my interactions with their consultants have been very positive. A special mention to Sian Fisher who was so understanding of my reasons for cancelling and was extremely efficient in processing my request. Based on the customer service alone, I highly recommend Affinity Health.
