Patricia is the person you want to be in Customer Service
Called in due having multiple queries regarding my D2D plan. A customer service consultant - Patricia - had assisted me so wonderfully. Being both polite, funny and helpful are so difficult to find in CS, yet Patricia was on the top of it all.
