Pathetic Service!!!!!
Most pathetic service ever!!!!! I have a refund owed to me by Affinity Health and have been made promises by Yash in the collections department that it would be paid out on 25 June 2019. No money reflected in my account and no one even contacted me!!! Today when I phoned, a Phumelele, a supervisor told me that my refund has not even been processed and they do not know about it. Pathetic pathetic....
