Pathetic response
<p>I have been waiting 2 weeks with no luck of getting any type of assistance from this company.</p> <p>I enquired about details and a week later one lady phoned me to provide me with details, i told her I would like to apply and she agreed to phone me back which she never did, then i received an email for a gentleman who told me he would get someone to phone me by the end of the day yesterday and again i have heard nothing.</p> <p>I advised them that this was urgent and apparently they don't care.</p> <p>If i need to struggle like this just to apply for a medical aid what are the chances of actually receiving any type of treatment once I am on this medical aid.</p> <p>Please advise me urgently if you would like me to not apply as your jobs seem to be so overwelming that you cannot seem to make a phone call or send me the nessesary paperwork to apply for medical aid?</p>
