Out of this world service. Once again Affinity Health has impressed me. There was an issue with payment to one of the radiologists recently and let me tell you Simpiwhe from the claims department just helped solve the entire situation out for me in a flash. So extremely patient, well spoken and friendly. I aso just had a big surgery done and needed an update on my refund owed to me. She spent about fifteen minutes on the phone just ensuring everything is sorted out for me.
