Outstanding Service

<p>A big hand of applause to Geraldine Schoeman for Excellent Service in the Matter of my Baby Girl's medical Situation. I only realised on Thursday 25 May 2017 that my Medical Aid was Suspended due to no payment received. My daughter had to be rushed to the Dr for assistance. Then only to find out there was a problem with my medical aid. Geraldine assisted me with the nessacery details for payment and insured me that even if its not protocol for medical aid to be reinstated ASAP, she will make sure that it is reinstated and that my little girl will be assisted in this matter. Payment was made and medical aid was reinstated immediately. The follow up from Geraldine was outstanding effort and much appreciated. If it wasn't fot Geraldine my expenses in this matter would have being close to R4000. With her assictance i managed to get away with R2800. Her follow up's started as soon as 05:30 in the Mornings... now my little Girl can receive her Meds and i can smile knowing my little girl will get better due to quick respons from a Wonderfull person. Thank u so so much for ur Outstanding Effort Geralding... as a SINGLE PARENT i would like to give u a BIG THUMBS up for ur effort and assistance. Careing for my little Angel in ur way of effort Realy Stands Out..... keep up the good work. Hope to work with u again in the near future...</p>
