Received excellent customer service from Tshegofatso when I was chatting to her via the Affinity Health online chat. Very friendly consultant from the conversation and was able to quickly provide me with a quotation I needed and also clarified the product I'm on at Affinity health on how it works. From the online chat Tshegofatso kept on asking if is there anything I need help with or clarity which I really appreciated the willingness and support Affinity is offering.
