Nozipho Mlangeni - Excellent Service!
Nozipho Mlangeni at the pre-authorisation department has exceeded my expectations in service. Not only was she kind and helpful, she also kept to her word by getting me the authorisation sooner for an emergency operation. Give this lady a raise!
