Not worth the money

Haven't claimed for years with them and when I finally do I they want codes that not even my doctor can provide them. Eventually get the codes they want only for them to say they will only cover half of half of the blood tests I needed. Claims department eventually gets back to me after a month asking for yet more codes. I gave up. Three months is too long to wait to get back that small an amount.
