Not a medical aid? Advertising is misleading
Hi
I was/am interested in joining Affinity however you seem to have very misleading advertising and the reviews on Google state that you are not a medical aid.
However, please see the following link: https://skyinsurance.co.za/medical/affinity-health
It states that you provide medical aid and hospital plans and is listed under Medical Aid. Please advise if this is your company and if you are indeed a medical aid? If not, this needs to be amended so as to not further confuse and mislead the public.
I believe that if you are not a medical aid and this site states that you are, you are in breach of the Consumer Protection Act's provision of Rights to Consumers namely disclosure of information and fair and responsible marketing.
I like that fact that you do respond to your reviews, positive and negative. I do hope you respond to my query.
