Nikita Andrews has been wonderful, she has gone above and beyond.

Nikita Andrews from the claims department helped us at Affinity and she was absolutely amazing, she could relate to what we were going through, she was helpful and understanding, she also regularly checked up on us to see how our case was going and if it was being sorted. She made a very difficult situation bearable and we are truly grateful to her. Affinity has always been very helpful, its nice that you can ask to speak to the same person each time and not have to re-explain your story every time.
